& is the HTML Entity for “&”, the ampersand symbol. The Chinese translation has mistakenly converted the semicolon ; into its full-width form ;, which is the proper punctuation form for Chinese orthography. This has caused the web browser not recognising it as the HTML Entity, thus showing &; as is.
