& is the HTML Entity for “&”, the ampersand symbol. The Chinese translation has mistakenly converted the semicolon ; into its full-width form , which is the proper punctuation form for Chinese orthography. This has caused the web browser not recognising it as the HTML Entity, thus showing & as is.
